Litigation Support: Witness Interviews
NASS investigators are former law enforcement officers or military investigators, with expertise in locating and interviewing witnesses for law firms. Often, a firm will have numerous names of potential witnesses, but many of the listed witnesses will not have relevant information to provide. Our goal is to identify the witnesses with relevant information, determine the extent of their knowledge, and document the information in a written report. Investigators will also evaluate the credibility of the witness and offer an opinion on their ability to be a good witness.
