Wayne Carver
Vice President of Investigations
Wayne Carver is Vice President of Investigations for North American
Security Solutions, Inc. (NASS), where he directs the day-to-day
conduct of all undercover operations. He is also responsible for
supervising all operation managers and academy instructors, the
undercover administrative support functions, and the recruiting
and training of undercover agents.
Prior to joining NASS in 1997, Mr. Carver was the Director of Training
for a Dayton, Ohio corporation that specialized in undercover drug
investigations inside the workplace. In this capacity, Mr. Carver
was responsible for all undercover investigator recruiting and training
and was instrumental in developing and managing several company-wide
human resources programs.
Prior to 1993, Mr. Carver served for 21 years in the United States
Air Force, retiring with the rank of lieutenant colonel. During
his military career, he held a number of critical positions throughout
the United States. His initial role was as a navigator/bombardier
on two Air Force nuclear weapons systems, the B-52 and FB-111. Later,
he fulfilled several command and staff positions as Director of
Systems Safety for the B-2 Bomber Development Program, Division
Chief for Operations and Training, Supervisor of Operations Management
Training Course, Division Chief for Command and Control, and Branch
Supervisor for Aircrew Training Development. Mr. Carver was recognized
by the American Society for Instruction and Performance for his
leadership in the field of training development and management.
Mr. Carver has a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's
in operations management, earning honors in both programs. He has
also completed many military and civilian leadership, management,
and training courses, including Undercover Investigations, Drug
Identification, Drugs in the Workplace, Workplace Violence, Private
Security Firearms Training, Instructional Systems Development, Technical
Training Course Curriculum, and Instructor Supervisor Training.
Wayne Carver has been an active leader in every aspect of his military
and civilian careers, his educational accomplishments, and his personal
life. He and his wife of over 30 years are very active in their
church and community.
